Yes Ma’m Trainer Ma’m
If you own a Wii Fit I’m guessing you know how I feel right now. I just took a thrashing from my Wii Trainer for skipping yesterday’s workout and oh my goodness! putting on 2 pounds in the last 2 days! Yep, that freaks me out a little too, but I sure didn’t need a lecture about it. LOL But with that said, maybe the lashing did something as I just completed an hour workout of aerobics and stength training. I unlocked the boxing workout and have to admit to liking it. I really do enjoy all of the aerobics drills. Yoga and I aren’t friends to date, but I’m trying to consider that a challenge and plan to keep trying. I can do the strength exercises (well, most of them), but I don’t find them enjoyable. The balance games cause me problems, but I think they are fun. I am still enjoying it though, and I will keep you posted as to how my Wii Fit Training Program goes. I’m hoping to lose 16 pounds in the next 2 months. We shall see!
