Every summer while on vacation, I go through the house and decide on all the things we don’t need anymore. Next I list any of the larger more expensive items in our local classifieds and then we have a fall garage sale with the smaller things and any larger things that haven’t sold. One of the problems I always have though is pricing things. I never know what to price anything – especially that larger, more expensive stuff. I’m torn as I know how much I paid for it, but then I really want to make sure its cheap enough someone will buy it and get it out of my house.
While looking for some idea of what to price some of these items I’ve gathered up since school got out, I found a nifty site that will help you determine gun prices, appliance prices, etc that would be fair to ask of your used products. The site is called appropriately UsedPrice.Com. How easy is that to remember? This is a very good idea. I’m so glad I discovered it so I wanted to share it with any readers out there who may have the difficulty I do with pricing their used items.
