Sailing Along the Life of Single Parenthood

Earnings for July 2nd and 3rd

Here we are 24 days into the challenge and I’m still doing pretty good.  So far I’ve earned well over the $240 ($10 a day for 24 days). I’m so glad that Janet and Catherine included me in this challenge (thanks ladies).  I just hope that I can continue my success when school starts.  Here’s my report for July 2nd and 3rd:

Total Earned: $31.63
Total Goal Thus Far: $240 Total Earned: $421.71

Challenge Report In Time

Oops!  Life has been way too busy and I’m way far behind in my earnings per day but overall it doesn’t look too bad, but I want to keep my accountability to you guys so here it goes. Here are my earnings for June 20 to June 23:

Total Goal:$40  Total Earned$33.03 ($7 short of goal!)
Total Goal Thus Far: $140 Total Earned: $279.27

June 18th – One More Day of Success

I know that some of you may think – why does shes post this daily?  But for me that answer is easy – accountability.  If I think anyone out there is actively watching my progress and will know when I fail to meet my goal, it motivates me to work at the end of the day to make sure I get that $10.  So without further adieu, here’s today’s report:

  • Project Wonderful -$0.10
  • Send Earnings – $27.24 (found a check today that I had not cashed from February)
  • Blogging – $40.11

Total Earned Today: $69.45
Total Goal Thus Far: $90 Total Earned: $208.34

Wow!! Check that out! I’ve earned TWICE as much as our goal so far!!  I’m sure there will be bad stretches that change that, but for now I’ll sure take it!!!

Surveys, Surveys, Surveys

Many of us are looking for ways to earn money online. My favorite way of course is through Sunshine Rewards. This is where I’ve earned the most for sure. However, another outlet that I’ve explored and found a reasonable amount of success are surveys. I always start with my Sunshine Surveys each day, but there are TONS of companies out there. Here are a few of the ones that I’ve found that seem to be the most honest (and I’ve received at least one payment from them thus far unless otherwise noted):

  • PineCone Research – this is a very exclusive survey company. To join you have to find one of their banners floating around the Internet. A good place to start is just googling for it. They are very reliable though with their payments. I qualify for about 3 surveys a month on average with them. I am paid $5 per survey, but I think I read somewhere that they pay new members $3. Payments are made after the close of each survey into your paypal account.
  • TestSpin – Testspin sends me at least 2 or 3 invites a day it seems. The email does not mean that you qualify for sure. Payments are made via Amazon gift certificates at increments of $10. I’ve been a member for about a year, and I’ve cashed out for $40 in Amazon gift codes so far (and I have $9 in my account). My luck with them seems to vary. For example, in January I qualified and completed 5 surveys, but in February only 1.
  • E-Rewards – This is a new one for me so I haven’t received a payment yet.  In less than a month my balance is $4.95.
  • KidzEyes – This one is for the kiddos (ages 6 -12). My daughter has earned $30 from them so far and she LOVES doing surveys just like Mom. My understanding is if you have multiple kids they can all sign up. In addition, sometimes they do send parent surveys and your kids get points for those. Your children can cash out in increments of $10. They come in checks written out to your child in care of you.
  • SurveySpot – I’ve been with these guys for about a year. I get TONS of invitations to them, but it seems I don’t meet the criteria on a regular basis. However, I have managed to make $36 in this time period so I can’t complain too much. You can cash out at increments of $5. They send you checks in the mail.

All of these companies send you emails when you may have a survey available. I do not login to them looking for surveys. It is nice because they do come to me. Again, I’ve not made large sums of money with these surveys, but I do receive a couple payments a month, and it all goes in my Disney fund.

These are just a few of the survey sites I visit. Watch for my next installment, and I’ll tell you about a few more. Use Buzzfuse* to easily rate, review, and share this item
