Help In Economic Downturn?
Are you like many Americans who are slowly watching their investments (their futures) lose money with each new statement they receive? This is one of the few times I’ve not had enough to invest anything so at least I’m not seeing horrible losses of my money. However, Rebuilding of America is trying to find a way for Americans to still invest without losing a lot of money.
How does it work? Basically you join for $25 ($20 investment fee and $5 processing fee) and then ROA (Rebuilding of America) takes everyone’s contributions to invest in large Certificate of Deposits. These are fully insured by the FDIC so that you can feel somewhat more assured of the purchase in today’s times. ROA then leverages the CDs to purchase, rehabilitate, moderinize or finish foreclosed income producing properties all throughout America. When all is said and done 100% of all profits are returned to the investors. Your original investment is never used so you have no fear of losing your investments either. With the way things are going in our current economy that seems VERY reassuring to me.
The small fee required to invest makes this very promising I think. Even those of us (like myself) who can’t afford to really invest our money, can usually find $20 here or there to invest in ROA.
Why would you do this? Besides the chance to make profit of course is that you are helping to support America. The money is used towards construction projects that are close to (or already have been) abandoned. Without the support of ROA, we would be seeing major job loss. With continuing and completing the project, the construction crew stays employed (and spends their money in our economy) and then whatever the final project is, will also host employees who will be contributing back to society. This also provides some help to the banks too (who are finding a harder time of makign things work). Investments are purchased at a current fair market value. Banks are relieved of some of their burgeoning debt. Projects are refunded and revitalized to the best interest of our investors.
If you are looking for a small way to invest some money for returns, but scared in today’s topsy turvy world, check out Rebuilding of America and see if they are for you.

Buyer’s Remorse? A Site for Help!
Do you ever have this? Do you know what it is? Buyer’s remorse is buying something and then later regretting it. I used to be horrible at this. I was VERY impulsive at shopping, and then I paid for it when either the credit card bill or the end of the month came if I paid for it out of my account. Saying no was a very hard lesson for me, and I had to have credit card debt help. I’m still recovering with some old debts and a horrible credit rating from this impulse buying I used to do so regularly.
Thankfully, I wised up and I think I’m on the right track now. If you are a victim of frequent impulse shopping followed by buyer’s remorse, you may be intested in Bills.com. At Bills.com, you can find out your BillsIQ and be educated on the factors involved in debt and credit that you may not be aware of. If you are like me and recovering from hard times, it is a great source of info for reassurance that you are on the right track and for tips on staying on the right track. I was sent tot this site a while back, and actually have pulled it up a few times since as I do find it useful.
Sometimes You Just Need A Personal Loan
I just got back from my grandparents house. You may recall that their house burned down in May. We finally have them back in a wonderful home, and they are so proud. My mom gave them a years worth of DirecTV for their anniversary (it was yesterday), but they needed some televisions. I had 2 small ones in storage so I went by this morning to drop one off. My grandmother and I got to talking about how great the house was, but a few things she’d like to go ahead and do to spruce it up a little more – before they are so settled in that they never do it; however, money is just a little short right now. She was thinking of maybe picking up a small personal loan so she could complete these home improvement projects. I told her I don’t know much about them, but I felt like she could get a better deal if we looked online. So I came home to do some preliminary research for her and found Personal Loans Nationwide available at PersonalLoansMania.com. Their website says they accept all types of credit and your request is processed quickly – both important to my grandmother as she has less than perfect credit and needs the money soon. This looks like a winner. I’ll be continuing my research and seeing how this process works before calling her over to look at it, but it looks like online will be the way to go.
