Some Other Suggestions

With this ongoing tiredness, like I said I focused on vitamins, diet, and water.  I decided against a diet supplement even though along with the tiredness is weight gain, and I’m taking a general multivitamin for now.  I’ve realized that I simply don’t have time for major changes in my life so I’m in the process of trying a new workout routine also – the 10 minute workout videos. I am hoping I can just start the habit of doing 10 minutes right after I wake up each morning.  We shall see, but I’m hopeful that adding exercise back into my routine will give me just a little more energy.

Other Budget Savers

As I was finishing up the previous posts on saving money, I thought of another item we are now workign on going to that will end up saving us money – solar powered light fixtures outside. I have replaced one outside light already and have it running only by solar power, and hope to replace the second main one in the next month or two. I’ve also been thinking of installing another one inside my shed if that’s possible. (My dad’s not looked at the solar lights, but said he would next time he goes to a home improvement store.)  I would love to find some other ways to incorporate solar power into our home (especially during the summer when we have SOOO much solar power).

Are you making any changes in your lifestyle with the increase in fuel and energy prices?

More Energy

I wrote in an earlier post about finding a way to find more energy in the millions of things I try to accomplish in a day, and I think I found it. Sublingual B12 is a great source of energy and not only is it acceptable, it is also good for heart conditions, diabetes, dementia, gastric bypass and vegans. It is also great because it is not a shot which is one of the most popular ways of getting vitamin B12. Instead it comes in a pretty pink pill that is also small enough to easily swallow. And if you try Sublingual B-12 from Trivita today. you will also get some free Vitamin E. The combination is a very powerful shot of health and energy. You will know have the energy to keep up with your children, your jobs and all the other running around we are required to do in our daily lives as moms. You will also do that with a better mood as that is another side effect of Sublingual Trivita B-12. The final super side effect that I’m happy to report is that it helps to reduce the risks of age-related diseases including brain and heart diseases and also Alzheimer’s. All of these run in our family so that is for sure a positive.
