Almost Planning a Disney Vacation

I’ve started hearing rumors that 2010 Disney Cruise dates and destinations will be released in October.  I’ve also read multiple times that the sooner you book your trip, the better (financially).  I’ve even read today that prices go up hundreds of dollars from the morning that they open bookings til that night.  I’ve never cruised and don’t know much at all about cruising so today I’ve been doing some Disney Cruise research.  I’m trying to learn the difference in the cabins and if they are really worth the extra cost.  And what the iteniary’s usually look like.  Would 4 days be enough? Or would we just want more? Should I book the 7 day one? But what if one of us gets seasick..7 days could seem like a LONG time.  If you’ve been on a cruise, and especially a Disney Cruise, I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences.

Disney Alert: Book that Disney Cruise FAST!!!

Just four more days before Disney joins the other cruise lines and adds a gas surcharge to their cruise lines so if you are considering a Disney cruise, you need to contact Disney or your travel agent ASAP. Starting May 27, Disney cruises will cost an extra $8 for the first two passengers per room and $3 for each additional guest in the room per day. For the lengthier cruises this will add up fast.
