All About Kimberly

No I’m not talking about cool weather or brown and orange leaves. I’m not talking about Halloween or Thanksgiving - I’m talking about my television shows. I’m afraid summer TV simply has not done much of anything for me.

With rumors starting to circulate on who the next celebrities will be on Dancing with the Stars, I spent the morning doing a little searching to find out what I could.  And I’m happy to say that I’ve actually marked Monday, September 22 on my calendar!  This is when Dancing with the Stars Season 7 will begin with a special 2 hour episode! And the first eliminations will begin Wednesday, September 24. There will be another 2 hour episode on Tuesday, but I’m not sure if it will be the same one as on Monday or another.

Also premiering on September 22 is Boston Legal. I am not a faithful follower of this show (as in if I miss an episode or two I don’t get upset), but I do follow it pretty closely so that will be a pretty awesome date at our house.

After the Monday night performances decrease to 90 minutes shows (instead of 2 hours), Samantha Who? will begin airing it’s fall season (October 6).  I LOVED Samantha Who? last season and my only complaint is I wish the show lasted longer timewise and throughout the season. It really did turn into one of my favorites.

Here’s the lineup that I’ve found so far of the returning ABC series:

September 22, 23, and 24 - Dancing with the Stars

September 22 - Boston Legal

September 25 - Greys Anatomy (a 2 hour premiere) and Ugly Betty

September 28 - Exteme Makeover, Desperate Housewives, and Brothers and Sisters

October 1 - Pushing Daisies, The Practice, and Dirty Sexy Money

October 3 - Wife Swap and Super Nanny

October 6 - Samantha Who?

October 14 - Eli Stone

New shows premiering in the fall on ABC include  a game show called Opportunity Knocks on September 23 and Life on Mars October 9.
