You’ll probably see lots of health and fitness posts here and there as that’s a big focus of my life right now. And Sundays are a great day for me to share these pictures because they are my official weigh in day. I’ve been working since July 17 towards one main goal – that stupid voice on my Wii Fit not telling me “That’s Overweight” when I step on the Wii Fit board. So I’ve been a diligent Body by Vi shake drinker and slowly incorporated a little exercise while counting calories on My Fitness Pal. It has worked! I finally fall into a healthy BMI, and today she told me “That’s Normal!” Ok. I would have liked some fireworks or a little more excitement from her, but nevertheless, I’M NORMAL!!! Ok…maybe not, but I do have a normal BMI. I’m still in the upper range so I hope to get it a little lower, but my main goal will now change from weight loss to fitness and toning! I am so excited. This is the least I’ve weighed in a LONG time!
