Avoiding the Phone Calls

Have you ever been in the position when you know the creditors are calling so you don’t answer the phone? It seems today that I find more and more people talking or writing about having credit problems. Once you’re in over your head and they start calling, it can be impossible to dig yourself out of trouble and repair your credit. My grandparents are facing this difficulty since their house burnt down, and in fact had a vehicle repossesed.  Because they owed so much more than what it was worth (and they will not be paying that difference), they will soon have be facing charge offs on their record. Now my grandparents are in their 70s and they aren’t overly worried about their credit.  My grandfather says that he doesn’t plan on financing anything else during his life so he’s no need of credit repair, but many others aren’t in this situation. For those people, they need to research ways to help themselves financially and make wise decisions. Whether they are trying to get control of their spending and debt or it’s too late, and they need help repairing their credit. There are a million (at least) websites out their that cover this subject.  Really more than you could ever find and read. One of the better ones is AAA Credit Guide.  If you need credit help or if you know someone that is in trouble, send them over to AAA for assitance.
