As a teacher, I wish I could say that June, July, and August are my downtime, but in fact they aren’t. They are just a time where I shift my focus (slightly).  Actually I’ll still spend a good bit of time each day on school (planning next year and tutoring my daughter).  There’s also vacations to plan and a birthday for Cameron. She’ll turn 8 this year. Summer is also the time I try out all the new recipes I’ve gathered in the last nine months to see which ones we like and want to add into a regular rotation at our house. Oh, and summer is also when I do my wise shopping. See during the school year, I simply do not have time to clip coupons and watch sale papers, etc. I would love to do so, and I usually have good intentions, but by October, I’ll have given up completely. But today I went out and did some wise coupon shopping, and I’ve continued my wise shopping by picking up some cheap address labels from Vista Print.

Seriously, you name it, I’ve ordered it from Vista Print. But back to the topic at hand. Today I ordered some address labels with our new address (that we got this time last year) as I had never ordered any and finally ran out of the ones with our old address on them.
