All About Kimberly

Ok parents of older kids, do you remember and miss these days? My baby (remember my baby is decided to curl up in my lap tonight while I watched the news for some high quality snuggling time.   She just laid there much like she did when she was still a baby and toddler.  I do miss those days - when I could keep her close to me in a baby carriers. I always loved to just hold her until we both fell asleep. Tonight that happened again for the first time in years.  I could tell something was wrong - this is so unlike her to do the longterm snuggling - but she wouldn’t tell me that anything was wrong so I just held her close and enjoyed every second of it. Well until my arms started going numb and I woke up….she’s not really small enough to be holding anymore.  :)
