Here in East Texas Christmas Eve is a yucky day.  This is what we woke up to this morning..

YUCKY! That’s the word for it….and in case you have any doubt, that’s rain NOT SNOW!!  In fact it’s almost 70 degrees here today.  We are sitting around in shorts, tshirts and flip flops.

But that’s not slowing us down – oh no!  Today is a HAPPY day for my little one.  She’s bouncing around that today is Christmas Eve, tomorrow is Christmas, Santa comes tonight!  If I’ve heard these phrases once today, I’ve heard them a 100 tines.  :)

So what does our Christmas Eve consist of?

The tree will glow all day – the presents from Mom are under the tree.

 

The TV is muted and the Christmas carols are playing through my laptop…..
