On May 21, Disney is closing the doors on their online world – Virtual Magic Kingdom.  Virtual Magic Kingdom was on online theme park where Disney fans could gather and hang out. Disney says that VMK was only a promotion and never intended to be a long-term venture. Fans of VMK do not feel that this was communicated with them and are upset over the sudden closing. They are so upset in fact that they have gathered 12,500 signatures in an attempt to communicate to Disney and keep the game.
