Day 1 - Exercise Completed!!
After almost two weeks on my Special K diet, I was ready to start this week with exercising. I was bound and determined to start the week of right so we started today. The girls and I decided to walk from our house to the main highway and back (1.6 miles). Cameron actually ran for at least 95% of the trip. She was home and then walking to our grandmother’s house by the time Becka and I made it to the house. My goal is to walk AT LEAST 3 days a week, and I’m going to report here every time I do to make sure that I live up to that goal. I’m counting on you readers to hold me accountable! Hold me to the grindstone….Encourage me when I’m doing good and harrass me when I’m not. Please! I’m hoping some weeks to do more than 3 days, but with our busy schedule I think this is a realistic goal for the first month. In November I’m going to raise the goal somehow.
