There are some times when I’ve thought that it was worth it to pay more for things, but then I’ve also go an attitude that if there isn’t a reason – why bother?  That was my approach to my ceiling fans when we bought this house. I knew I wanted fans in each room (I’d rather run them than the air conditioner in early spring and late fall).  Now that we are making a move to go more green, I’ve started buying the “green” light bulbs, but after getting them home, I ran into an issue – the bulbs are too large for the covers that go over the bulbs. Make sense? Or did I confuse you?  In any case, now I have to either search for other light bulbs or upgrade our ceiling fans.  I’m not sure which to do – hmmmmm.
