A busy life (dealing with the health issues of my grandfather) has caused many difficulties in my resolution to lose those 2 sizes by June. While I have been able to start a semi scheduled exercise routine, I’ve had little effort at making diet changes. When you are living off fast food most evenings between work and the hospital, it’s tough to eat healthy. I’m sorry, but I find the healthy fast food options to be “yuck” to my taste buds. I’m considering trying a weight loss drink until life settles down. If nothing else, it’s easy and convenient and probably much healthier than the school lunches I’m eating right now. I’ve never tried several brands so thinking this weekend of buying the smallest quantity available of a few different brands and varieties to see if I like any of them.

New Year’s Weight Loss Goals
Every year so many people around the world make one resolution – to lose weight. Some say they’ll just eat healthier, some say they will exercise, some are adventorous and will try both. Others are going to try medical ways such as diet pills and buy apidexin or some such pill that promises major results. This year I made my resolutions before New Year’s Day. Hoping this would make it last longer than typical – my goal – to be 2 sizes smaller by June 1. Wish me luck as I seek out on this adventure through the next few months. At this point, I’ve not started doing many diet changes (that starts soon), but I have started walking as much as possible each day. I am still deciding on if I will weight myself. Seeing weight loss is so motivating, but seeing the scale stay at one place (or add on pounds) can be very discouraging. Decisions, decisions.
Lost for Energy
I’ve started taking a new product called dan-e for energy. I’m only in the 4th day, and they advertise that it is through continously taking them that you feel the real effects, but I’m truly hoping that if I stick with them, my energy levels will be restored (and that should help with sticking to daily exercising). Be watching my other site, Southern Girl Reviews, if you want updates on my dan-e usage. I plan to take it for another week or so and then write a full review followed by another review in about a month.
Back on Track
Saturday is my brother’s wedding and we’ll be going out to eat to celebrate another brother and my birthdays. And then it’s no hold bars, back on track, watching what I eat and reading reviews for everything diet related like equipment reviews and phentermine reviews and anything else to keep myself motivated that I must become healthier. My goal – to be 2 sizes smaller by June 1. I think I can do it. Then my next goal is to maintain the two sizes…that is where I know it will get hard and I’ll need your support to get there!
More Supplements?
I take a daily vitamin every day, but this morning I listened to a news broadcast discussion the merits of taking some extra supplements such as Vitamin D or a calcium supplement. There are some really good and compelling reasons to make sure you are getting an adequate supply of these vitamins, but there’s also the fact that you have to be pretty careful to make sure you don’t get too much – this is what concerns me. How do you know when it’s the right amount? I don’t keep up with the contents of what I eat – I just go with the flow. But I also don’t mind swallowing a pill if I will be healthier overall. How do you decide what vitamins to take? Do you take any at all?
