Halloween is almost here, and Cameron’s costume arrived today. She couldn’t decide and couldn’t decide what she wanted to be until last week! Thank goodness Disney is great at order fulfillment. I ordered on Thursday, did not pay for expedited shipping, and it arrived today! What’s she going to be? Belle! We’ve now been Snow White, a Disney witch (it was a Disney princess costume, but in black and orange), Tinkerbell, Jasmine, Cinderella, and this year – Belle! We’ve almost made it through all of the Princesses and then some. :-) Watch for pictures Wednesday for Wordless Wednesday!

10 Minute Workouts
I’m curious to know if anyone has used any of the 10 minute workout videos and if anyone recommends any over the others – which order to attack, that sort of stuff. I’m happy to see that it looks like they require no exercise equipment. As much as I’d love to have workout equipment, there isn’t room in our house.
I’ve put several into my Netflix Que, and I’m going to try out several and see if I like them, and which ones I like best before making a purchase. Would love input if anyone has used any of them….
Some Other Suggestions
With this ongoing tiredness, like I said I focused on vitamins, diet, and water. I decided against a diet supplement even though along with the tiredness is weight gain, and I’m taking a general multivitamin for now. I’ve realized that I simply don’t have time for major changes in my life so I’m in the process of trying a new workout routine also – the 10 minute workout videos. I am hoping I can just start the habit of doing 10 minutes right after I wake up each morning. We shall see, but I’m hopeful that adding exercise back into my routine will give me just a little more energy.
Getting Back Into The Swing of Things
It’s seemed like I just couldn’t get anything done lately. After getting the flu a while back, it took me forever to really recover. A touch of fever hung on for a few days, the cough stuck around forever it seemed, and then there was the exhaustion. It seemed like no matter what I did, it was not enough. It didn’t matter if I got enough sleep, I was still tired. Took vitamins – it didn’t do any good. Changed my diet – didn’t help. Wanted to drink more water and less caffeine especially, replaced my water filter in the refrigerator with a more efficient model – the ukf7003axx. Not sure if it is the water, continuing the vitamins, or just the fact that time has passed, but I’m starting to finally feel like myself again so hopefully you’ll see more of me here and my other blogs.
