Spreading the Luv - Need Some Comments!
I’ve added a new plugin that I’ve noticed on a lot of your blogs - in particular after seeing on Catherine at TheBlondeDiaries blog, I have been meaning to install it, but then I would get sidetracked and forget all about it. I finally did it tonight! I finally installed Comment Luv, and now you lovely readers, that means you must comment!! After all, I can’t have the plugin put to good use unless you comment.
Why Didn’t I Think of This?

Why didn’t I think of this? And why am I only just discovering it 6 days before we leave to fly to Orlando? What you may ask…the Cabin Cuddler. The Cabin Cuddler is a blanket that folds into a tote that easily would fit in or serve as your carry on when flying. Folded it’s really easy to carry as you can see below. And then to use it, you unfold it and spread it out on the seat and the wrap it around you (as shown to the left). It even includes an inflatable pillow! Isn’t that keen?

You may wonder why would I take a blanket? First, you have no control over the temperature of the airplane, and if you do get cold, most airlines will not have a blanket for you. And think about it - if they did, do you really want to use it? I mean there’s no telling when the last time it was washed and how many people have used it before you. (ugh!)
Do you need a Cabin Cuddler now? In August? When it’s 100+ degrees outside? Actually you just might. After all, in the summer we tend to be dressed in a significantly less amount of clothes which means that it doesn’t take much for us to get cold on those planes.
I’ve already started thinking of other great uses for the Cabin Cuddler too…like those cold stadiums during football season and baseball season. How toasty would we be sitting in the stands, supporting our favorite team on Friday night wrapped in the Cabin Cuddler? My grandfather also gave me a list of items that I should always have in my car and a blanket was one of those items. The Cabin Cuddler would work great for this since it folds so compactly. It would be super easy to store in the backseat or trunk. My girls would probably appreciate a couple of these in the car when we travel anyway as they say i keep the car like a meat locker.
Yes, I wish I had heard of the Cabin Cuddler before today because they would for sure be in the stack of stuff we have ready to be packed for our vacation next week. But it’s not too late for football season (if you are from Texas, you know the importance of Friday night football I’m sure). If you get cold easily when traveling, at the office, or at ball games, check out the this travel blanket by Cabin Cuddler. I’m thinking you’ll be as impressed as I am.
Late Night Calls
Do you have any friends that call at odd times? I have a few that I never talk to during “normal” hours, but if the phone rings after 10 pm, I know it’s one of the two. Only those two will call me this late, and they have no idea that it’s late…they actually just call to chat. Am I too nice? Should I say, “Hello! It’s midnight?!” or am I doing ok by just letting it go and chatting. I do enjoy the calls…it’s just that initial ring of the phone that makes me sigh. Yes, tonight was one of those nights (and if you happen to read this my friend, it’s ok….it really was nice to catch up…I miss your more regular calls).
Attention Country Music Fans
I just found this new site I had never heard of about country music called Country Music Performers. I love country music so I’m always glad to find these sites. This one is really neat because it has so much on it - ringtones, song lyrics, and current news about the country music artists. Another really cool thing is that they have country music lyrics. I’m about to see if the ringtones will work on my cell phone. If they will, I will be so excited! I love ringtones and right now I make Becka make all of mine!
“I Wish I Had Recorded Them All”
This was my daughter’s comment today as I noticed that she had a zillion reality tv game shows recorded on my dvr and my shows were in danger of not fitting on the Tivo! I demanded she get them watched and deleted TODAY! So she sat down and watched Wipeout and I Survived A Japanese Game Show. She had about 4 of each recorded. She did watch them all and delete them, but after she watched them all she commented that she wished she had recorded them all so she could watch each elimination!
Yes, Sir! I have created a Reality Game Show Junkie!! I don’t even care for or watch much of these two shows, but my daughter apparently has latched on to this type of show! Now I just have to figure out if this is a good thing or a bad thing!!
