An Extra Contest: Win Password Organizer

I just found another super contest,  but it ends tonight so I wanted to go in and do another quick post for any of you out there who are like me and have post its and notes everywhere with passwords. Back in the day, it was easy. I had one password that I used for everything, but then everyone started changing their rules.  This one required 6 characters, and this one required 8 characters. Another requires a combination of letters and numbers, and then another even requires a symbol!  It drives me crazy. But a Password Organizer seems like a great way to solve this problem.  According to An Island Review:

The Internet Password Organizer provides you with a single centralized location in which to store all your online account login information. Intuitively designed and carefully crafted to provide you with an experience that enables you, not overwhelms you. 5.5″ x 8″ pages allow you to write comfortably, not crammed; and spiral binding allows you to open the book flat so you can write the full width of each page. Reinforced laminate tabs keep your information organized and easy to retrieve so you spend less time searching and more time surfing!

This contest ends tonight thought so head over and make the appropriate comment to be entered!

Will Warren Sapp Be the Next DWTS Football Star

It seems that every season, the producers of Dancing with the Stars attempt to have a professional football star in the lineup, and according to Warren Sapp, he just may be the next one. Sapp played as a defensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders. His professional career began in 1995 and continued for 13 years.  It will be interesting to see if the rumors are true.  Yes, Snap does have personality, but he’s also someone who was known for being very verbal (and not in a positive way) and he certainly doesn’t seem like he’d have the grace and charm of Emmit Smith and Jason Taylor.  Only time will tell, but I have to admit that I’m anxiously waiting to see who will be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars.

Party Time!

Cameron’s birthday is coming up so we are starting to pull out the party catalogs and browsing online deciding on a theme and invitations and such. She doesn’t know it, but I also want to plan a little mini party for her while we are in Disney. I want to pack a set of plates, napkins, etc for when we eat at Chef Mickeys. Maybe some small favor bags, and we’ll just give them to kids sitting around us. Doesn’t that sound fun? I’m excited, but to accomplish it I have to get on the ball. I’ve found the cutest invitations ever though, and I’m trying to decide whether or not to purchase them. Of course, we still have to come up with a theme, but since her actual birthday will be at Chef Mickey’s, I’m trying to convince her to go with a Mickey/Minnie theme. The pictured invitation is from Invitation Consultants, and they have lots of invitations - not just birthday and not just Disney. They have some beautiful wedding invitations (even some romantic Disney designs) and invites for any party you can think of - Halloween invitations, Christmas invitations, baby shower and baptism invitations…really, you name it, they seem to have it. If you have an event coming up in your life, check them out. I’ve bookmarked them and will be coming back from time to time.

Welcome Home Boots & Spongebob

Yesterday after our SR Meet Cameron and I did some shopping. One of our purchases included two new pets for our family - temporarily called Boots and SpongeBob. Cameron fell in love with these while browsing the Katy Mills Mall, but I didn’t think she would like them to do it more than in theory. She fooled me though by holding them and letting them walk in her hand. After that it was all she could talk about. I still thought it would be temporary, but she was still talking about them yesterday morning so we went back and purchased them, and I am now researching and learning about the care of hermit crabs.
